Q. Are all the products authentic?
A. Yes, all of our products are 100% authentic as advertised.
Q. Do you sell used items?
A. No, we only sell brand new items.
Q. Do you have a store where we can shop in person?
A. Yes we have a shop at Klang. This is considered to be more like a showroom so buyers like you can come and view the items before making purchase. However, please give us a call before coming just to be sure that the store is open for your viewing convenience before making your way here.
Q. What is the Company philosophy?
A. Our motto is: “Making Items Affordable”. We do this without compromising our philosophy of delivering only quality brand name merchandise at the lowest prices and exceptional customer service.
Q. How do you sell the items at such low prices?
A. We aggressively search the global market for both the latest styles and the lowest prices. By buying tremendous volume and selling strictly over the internet, we have cut our overhead costs. We then pass these savings on to you, our customer.Q. Do you do wholesale?

Q. Do you offer a warranty?
A. We offer whatever manufacturer’s warranty applies to each particular item. All brand names have warranties, but the duration and coverage varies by brand. Please see product description for more details.
Q. Are your pictures and descriptions accurate?
A. We make every effort to make our images and descriptions as accurate as possible. However, due to different computer/phone screens and their settings, some details such as color may appear differently than it does on our side. We can only see what appears on our monitor. Please email us if you have any questions.
Q. Is the item in the picture the one I will be getting?
A. We typically stock hundreds of the same style. We only use only one of each item for images and statistics. So, there might be a slight variation in colour, but most of the time, what you see is what you get.
Q. How do you ship?
A. We ship via DHL e-Commerce or Aramex worldwide. In Malaysia, we use our local PosLaju courier services.
Q. How long after I pay will you ship?
A. We generally ship within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. From the time we ship, please allow 2-3 working days on domestic orders and at least 7-14 working days, due to customs delays, on international orders. This time frame is beyond our control.
Q. Do you ship internationally or to an APO, FPO or PO BOX?
A. We ship internationally, but we do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO BOX.
Q. Will you pay for the Import Duty/Tax/VAT?
A. No, we are not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty/Tax/VAT under any circumstances. Buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs, taxes and fees charged by your country.
Q. Can I have you ship to a location other than my billing address?
A. When you pay, you can indicate where you want the item shipped, under “Delivery Address”. Different addresses must be in writing.
Q. Are the Shipping & Handling Rates the actual cost of the shipping itself?
A. Yes, it is the actual shipping cost itself. We don’t charge extra for our customers, because we do not think that is fair.
